  • Compact Build, Maximum Agility
Width under 1.2m, operating weight 1.5–2.5 tons – easily passes through standard doorways and tight passages. Zero tail swing or short tail design allows working flush against walls. Perfect for indoor demolition and pipeline trenching.

  • Strong Power, Lower Fuel Consumption
Equipped with a diesel engine meeting Tier 4 / Stage V emission standards. Stable power output, climbing ability >30°. Optimized hydraulic system delivers 15% more digging force while reducing fuel consumption by 10% – more power, less fuel.

  • Multi‑Tool Ready, Quick Coupler
Standard quick coupler and auxiliary hydraulic lines allow tool‑free switching between buckets, breakers, augers, grapples, and 20+ attachments. From trenching and breaking to planting and clearing – one machine covers many jobs.

  • Ergonomic Controls, Safe Operation
Adjustable suspension seat, LCD instrument panel, pilot joystick controls – reduces fatigue during long hours. Standard ROPS (Roll‑Over Protective Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) for greater safety.

  • Easy Maintenance, Lower Cost
Tilt‑up engine hood and large‑opening service doors provide easy access for daily checks and filter changes. Key components (pump, travel motor) from global brands; MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) increased by 30%.

Product Uses

1. City Alleys & Old Community Renovation

Scenario: In a narrow alley less than 2m wide, large machines can’t enter, and manual digging is too slow. The mini excavator’s compact width (<1.2m) and zero tail swing let it easily pass through doorways and along walls to replace water pipes, dig gas line trenches, or clean out septic tanks. No need to close the entire street – excavation efficiency triples.

2. Orchards & Agricultural Planting

Scenario: Tree spacing of only 2–3m makes it impossible for traditional tractors to turn. The mini excavator, fitted with an auger, drills a standard planting hole in 30 seconds. Switch to a bucket to dig drainage ditches, create ridges, or deep‑till the soil. Rubber tracks protect the ground, and hillside work is stable. One person with one machine completes in one day what used to take five people three days.

3. Indoor Demolition & Basement Excavation

Scenario: Standard door frames (0.9m wide) limit equipment size. The mini excavator easily “walks” indoors to break grade beams, knock down partition walls, or excavate basement floors. Low noise and low vibration design won’t disturb neighbors. Paired with a breaker, it easily demolishes 10cm concrete slabs and loads debris directly – no more sledgehammer + wheelbarrow.

4. Landscaping & Private Garden Construction

Scenario: Homeowners want a koi pond or winding garden paths, but large excavators damage lawns and tree roots. The mini excavator’s low ground pressure (<30kPa) and rubber tracks tread lightly – grass stays intact. Use a grapple to transplant medium‑sized trees or a rake bucket to screen rocks and create fine‑graded micro‑terrain. It’s a “job‑winning tool” for landscaping companies.

5. Small Foundations & Hillside Self‑Built Homes

Scenario: On a hillside building site with steep, winding roads – even concrete trucks struggle to reach. The mini excavator can be towed by a pickup truck, and its >30° climbing ability lets it drive itself to the work area. A 2‑ton machine can dig 30 meters of strip foundation in one day and then backfill and compact. Encounter a boulder? The hydraulic breaker breaks it on the spot – saving half the cost of hiring a pneumatic drill crew.

FAQ

FAQ 1: How do I transport a mini excavator? Do I need a special trailer?

Answer:
Most mini excavators in the 1.5–2.5 ton class can be transported on a flatbed trailer or a pickup truck with a tow-behind flatbed trailer. We recommend a trailer with a rated capacity of at least 3 tons, equipped with brakes and safety chains. The machine width is less than 1.2m, so no oversized permit is required. Before transport, retract the bucket, lock the swing mechanism, and secure both tracks with tie-down straps. We can also provide transport recommendations based on your location.

FAQ 2: Can a zero tail swing excavator really work flush against a wall? Will it tip over?

Answer:
Yes. Zero tail swing (or short tail) design means the rear of the machine does not extend beyond the track width when swinging – you can rotate 360° right next to a wall or obstacle. This is ideal for tight spaces like alleys and indoor jobsites. The machine has a low center of gravity and extended tracks, and with a stable hydraulic system, it will not tip over during normal operation on level ground. However, when swinging or digging on slopes, always follow the slope limits in the operator’s manual (generally ≤15°–20°). We also recommend adding a tilt alarm for extra safety.

FAQ 3: Is it easy to switch attachments like breakers or augers? Do I need extra hydraulic lines?

Answer:
Very easy. Our mini excavators come standard with a quick coupler and auxiliary hydraulic lines. You can change attachments without tools in under 3 minutes. The machine is pre‑plumbed with spare hydraulic ports, ready to connect 20+ attachments such as breakers, augers, grapples, and hydraulic shears. When you purchase, we provide an attachment compatibility chart to ensure matching flow and pressure.

FAQ 4: Is daily maintenance complicated? Are spare parts easy to find?

Answer:
Maintenance is very simple. The engine hood tilts up and the service doors open wide – oil filter, fuel filter, and air filter are all within easy reach. A single person can complete daily checks in 10 minutes. We offer a 2‑year / 2000‑hour warranty and maintain spare parts warehouses domestically and overseas. Common parts like filters, seals, and track pads can be shipped within 48 hours. We also provide electronic service manuals and remote video support.

FAQ 5: Will rubber tracks damage lawns or asphalt pavement?

Answer:
No. Our rubber tracks have a ground pressure of <30 kPa, much lower than steel tracks (>50 kPa) – roughly the same pressure as an adult walking. On dry grass, paved surfaces, or tile floors, the tracks leave virtually no marks when turning in place. However, avoid prolonged spot turns on freshly laid hot asphalt, as slight indentation may occur. If you need maximum protection, optional polyurethane pads or track protectors are available.
